a story of passion
Trullo Cimì is a poetry narrative from the South.
This project stems from the need to link the beauty of the Apulia land to the stone, to enclose the violent blue of our sky among the olive trees, the blinding white of lime at midday, the ancient green of the thyme and lavender scrub at dusk.

In the borderland between Itria Valley and Salento, in the countryside where the olive trees become wise, there are our two Trulli suites. The respect for authenticity and the search for elegance will immerse you in an atmosphere of quiet and charm.
The recovery of an ancient "lamia" with an oven will allow you to enjoy the opportunity to experience the love for food that our land provides us.

TRULLO CIMÌ - IL NESPOLO
our outbuilding
About 70 meters from the complex of trulli and lamia, from the re-covery of an ancient manor house, the Nespolo.
Precious ancient cement tiles and historical details bring back the warm atmosphere of the elegant residences of the early 1900s.
The structure consists of a double bedroom, a living area with fire-place, kitchen and sofa bed for one and a half and bathroom.
Outside, a front and rear patio for private use and a group of ancient ovens where you can experience the ancient culinary traditions of the lands of Puglia.
OUTDOOR
in the southern land
In the coolness of the morning, olive trees as far as the eye can see, Mediterranean scrub, dry stone walls, and an awakening among the cicadas.
In the sun of the “contròra”, the shade of a patio in our traditional "cannizzo", the smell of coffee, a plate of freshly picked figs.
At sunset, the lights fall while you watch the white stone slowly darken from our pool.
